What can I say, being from Chicago and born and raised in Italian food I can't stop talking about how good everything was. Like you've gone back in time when you first walk in but DO NOT JUDGE THIS BOOK BY IT'S COVER! Home made Italian bread, yes right out of the oven! The Italian sausage was fantastic and the chicken parmesan was excellent! The most shocking thing though is the fact that there is nothing on the menu over $19.99, yes including steaks and chops! The meat sauce was as if I was eating my grandmother's home made sauce 30 years ago! This place is a diamond in the rough and a must have while in Daytona Beach shores! The ambiance and music selection only added to the experience. Try for yourself!

Some of the best Italian food I have had in a while at a restaurant!!! Old school vibe that I felt like I was a kid again going to a family owned restaurant! Older Italian women serving you (no disrespect ha) felt like Mom was in the kitchen taking care of you. I'm so happy we stopped here...I'd put these folks up against just about any Italian restaurant in the country and I absolutely mean it! Thank you!

The desk clerk at our hotel recommended Porto-Fino. It's an unassuming little place beside a T-shirt shop. It's a little dated inside but in a comforting way. WOW! Delicious! Fresh warm homemade bread. The salad dressing was homemade....I could drink the stuff. Fresh perfection. Very attentive staff. I love this place. It's our first time to Daytona Beach Shores. We are only staying one night, we have a breakfast meeting & I'm trying to figure out how to come back for another meal before we leave! (They are closed for lunch.)From the bread & salad to the veal Marsala & ending with Spinoni, every bite was delicious perfection. We've been to Italy. Seriously. this meal was as good as we've ever had.

LOVED this place. Very old school Italian decor and food. Had the Zucchini Parm as well as the Eggplant Parm - Was the BEST I had ever had. We also went back later that night for a few desserts to take back to our hotel - We were very happy with those as well. A Must try when in the area.

My husband and I were spending the weekend in Daytona and happened to come you. This lovely Italian restaurant. I'm so glad we chose to stop in and order takeout. I ordered chicken parmesan and it was delicious. You could cut the chicken with a fork it was so tender. We substituted minestrone soup for our salad and it was so good. We will definitely be repeat customers when we return.
